Hi, I’m Carrie, the heart behind Resonate with Her. I’m a wellness coach, licensed massage therapist, mama, and space-holder for women who are ready to feel more like themselves again — rooted, radiant, and real.
After navigating my own seasons of burnout, identity shifts, and the wild beauty of motherhood, I felt a deep pull to create something that met moms where they truly are — messy, magical, exhausted, evolving. That’s how Resonate with Her was born: as a space for moms to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with their wholeness.
My approach is soulful but practical, earthy but energized. I’m not here to tell you what to do — I’m here to walk beside you as you tune back into your body, your rhythm, and your truth. Because when you feel supported, grounded, and seen, everything changes.
